About the Signature Collection
The Beach Getaways Signature Collection is our curated portfolio of the finest properties in our care — the homes we hold up as the standard for what a stay with us can be. A place in the Collection isn't a marketing label. It's a designation reserved for properties that prove themselves, season after season, across every measure that actually matters to a guest.
The Standard
What "Signature" Means
A property earns Signature status only at the intersection of everything that makes a great stay — strong performance alone was never enough. Every home in the Collection is:
- Consistently sought after, with a track record that holds up across seasons, not just one good summer
- Backed by a genuine reputation for guest satisfaction, not just booking volume
- An elevated physical product — thoughtfully designed, well-furnished, and meticulously maintained
- Managed by an owner or operator we trust to be responsive and reliable
- Home to the kind of guest-facing touches that turn a good trip into a memorable one
Quality
Quality You Can See
Every Signature property is professionally designed or staged, kept current, and photographed to show it exactly as guests will find it. Each one is held to a defined amenity standard and passes a quality walkthrough before it ever earns the designation — things like dependable high-speed WiFi, central air, premium linens, a fully equipped kitchen, private outdoor space, keyless entry, and at least one standout feature, whether that's a pool, a hot tub, or a view worth waking up for.
Many go further still, with a professional welcome amenity, concierge-level guest communication, inspected professional cleaning, or smart-home touches that make a stay feel effortless from the moment you arrive.
Ongoing Trust
Reviewed, Not Just Awarded
Signature status is never permanent. Every property in the Collection is re-evaluated on an ongoing basis against the same standard that earned it a place, so the designation you see always reflects how a property is performing today — not a reputation it earned once and coasted on.

What Our Guests Say
-
We stayed 4 nights and we absolutely loved it. We had a 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom and it was perfect. It was located on the 1st floor next to the pool and just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach.
-
We enjoyed our stay at Gulf Shores Plantation. Fort Morgan is perfect if you want to be away from the noise, traffic, and crowds that come with staying in central Gulf Shores. You are still close enough to drive out for dinner.

The views of the bay and ocean were absolutely breathtaking! The space was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable.
